Mallikamba Institute of Mentally Handicapped and Associated Disabilities has been nurturing, training, and rehabilitating children with special needs since 2001 in Hanamkonda, Telangana.
What do we do?
Care
Providing a safe, loving environment with residential support, nutrition, and daily assistance for children with intellectual and associated disabilities.
Education
Delivering special education, therapy-based learning, sign language training, and academic support to help every child reach their potential.
Empowerment
Building confidence and independence through life skills, vocational training, therapy programs, and inclusive activities for meaningful social integration.

Development
Enhancing residential, classroom, and sensory spaces to create safer, more accessible, and child-friendly environments that support learning, therapy, and long-term care for children with special needs.
Therapy & Learning Enhancement
Introducing advanced therapy methods and inclusive education programs, including sensory, play-based, and academic support, to strengthen cognitive, emotional, communication, and physical development.
Outreach & Skill Empowerment
Expanding Mallikamba’s reach through rural and tribal centres, vocational training, sheltered workshops, and extended academic coaching to build independence, employability, and social inclusion.
